Sadly, although I was very excited about seeing locale statistics on my dashboard, I don't really have an answer to that question. Because there are simply so many locales, too many graphs get superimposed on one another and it is difficult to read the data. A faaaaaar more useful tool for someone like me would be a simple pie-graph, detailing the current percentage of users per locale. The graph is just too small and difficult to read.
