We will take a look at the template for sure. In fact, I already met with David Boswell to discuss creating a template. Regarding the hosting, that's always a tricky issue because Mozilla can't host sites for local communities due to liability issues. But, we have started paying for hosting for a lot of communities and it's something we'd like to do on a larger scale. As always, it's a big issue with scalability and leverage.
