TraceMonkey@PLDI

Last fall, we submitted a paper on TraceMonkey to PLDI (officially: ACM SIGPLAN Conference on Programming Language Design and Implementation), one of the top conferences for programming language research. Our paper was accepted, and Andreas Gal will be presenting the paper on June 18 in Dublin, Ireland.

We’re hosting a PDF copy on the blog. And here’s a direct link: TraceMonkey PLDI 2009 PDF.

Excellent paper. Do you happen to know whether there will be a video/audio recording of the presentation?

I believe all PLDI paper presentations are normally video recorded. But I don’t know where they put up the videos, although the PLDI 2008 page says they planned to make those videos available to the public. We’ll have to check at the conference.

Was there any luck in discovering where the videos are located? I tried digging through their website, but it starts to run in circles pretty quick.
