Still didn't know if they wanted to download it.

I have this theory that defaults are more respected in Japan.  I don't have data to back this idea up yet but it's something that I think is driven by culture.</description>

Didn't know what?  After being informed of the existence of a new Firefox release, they didn't know if they wanted it, or still didn't know what Firefox was?</description>
