When does an applicant have to have turned 18? My project partner turns 18 after phase 1, but before phase 2.

Mozilla is the best web browser in my view . Lot of causes for that.
If One who like platform independent think .then she or he must like it.
I like it very much because it support both platform independent nees
and platform dependent nees. I frequently use it. I also use IE,Opera,Mozila But i found that Mozila is best.Mozilla is best it not need to prove .the user of mozilla understand the herself. So Marketing that is related of mozilla is very is not efortable.
