Mozilla Scheduled Maintenance – Tuesday, 7/22/2008, 7pm – 11:00pm PDT (0200 – 0600 UTC Wednesday)
We will have a scheduled maintenance window tonight from 7pm to 11:00pm PDT. The following changes will take place:
- 7:00pm PDT (0200 UTC): addons.mozilla.org will be down for 10-20 minutes for kernel upgrades.
- 7:00pm PDT (0200 UTC): Bouncer/download.mozilla.org will also be undergoing kernel upgrades, but will not have any visible downtime.
- 8:00pm PDT (0300 UTC) Wiki and blog upgrades. We’ll be upgrading most wikis and blogs hosted by Mozilla. Duration 3 hours.
- 9:00pm PDT (0400 UTC) Production Graph Server update (see bug 446430).
Sites impacted:
Note that blog.mozilla.com (blogs) and developer.mozilla.org (wikis) will not be impacted by this downtime.
Please let me know if you have any reason why we should not proceed with the planned maintenance. As always, we aim to keep downtime to as little as possible, but unexpected complications can arise causing longer downtime periods than expected. All systems should be operational by the end of the maintenance window. Feel free to email infra at mozilla.com if you see issues past the planned downtime.
