MXR Repo Changes and Additions

We’ve made a few additions and changes to the repos in MXR today, per Bugs 653424 and 675115. We have just made a change to a DNS record for getpersonas.com affecting its CDN usage, and thought we’d share some of our findings as to it’s worldwide traffic patterns.
