3. There is a known bug in Firefox causing voicemail messages to be cut short on the DVC portal. Please remember that Firefox is not officially supported by Comcast and Internet Explorer is recommended.

So apparently they&#039;re saying it&#039;s a bug in Firefox.  No idea exactly where.  

(I work in Comcast&#039;s internet service department and not phone service, so I&#039;m not really familiar with this issue, but I thought I&#039;d see if I had access to any info for you.)</description>
