		<description>So, I just looked at releases.geo.mozilla.com and if what you implemented should be working, it&#039;s not.  I get a pile of A records, including ftp.rrze.uni-erlangen.de. -- I&#039;m in Washington DC.  Did you undo it?</description>

		<description>I think the openSUSE download redirector does something similar, returning metalinks (XML mirror lists) weighted towards nearby mirrors with GeoIP data. I&#039;d guess they&#039;re serving up much larger files more frequently tho.
