Community Assistance? 

I think we should keep the word &quot;Community&quot;, because that&#039;s the best encompassing word that doesn&#039;t reference whether a person is paid or not (like &quot;Volunteer&quot; does). 

Assistance demonstrates that we are helping people to do what they are already doing better, which is the point.

Along the same lines, there&#039;s also &quot;Community Boost&quot;.</description>
