Proud Download Day Participant
A good buddy of mine, Jay, sent me the following picture, beaming with pride to have participated in Download Day.

Way back in the day, Jay and I hung out together in Washington D.C. We had a pretty tight crew of people who were all inspired and working in D.C. for members of the U.S. Congress or Senate to make some sort of difference in our government/country. Back then, Jay seemed to be the guy running a lot of cool things for the Democratic party.
…glad to see he’s rocking the t-shirt/and White Sox cap in place of the old school shirt-and-tie…and that he is a proud Firefox user.
Jay, can you get Obama to endorse Firefox and the free, open source software movement for us?

Seth, thanks for the post man. I have always wanted to be in the Guinness book of world records. I had hoped it would be for some hacky sack record or perhaps the furthest to fly in an air foil but this will do.
If I get Obama to endorse, could you actually get my name in the record book. I would like to be highlighted among the 8 million or so of my fellow record holders.
…still wearing the tie. me < jay
i got special permission from my IT department to use mozilla because they insist that everyone else in the firm uses IE. but i know the difference!!!!
