1)  Keep l10n testing separate from platform testing; have to keep the testing community working with tools as opposed to those who simply test the actual localization.
**  L10n litmus test run is supposed to be a localization test finder; not a platform testing

2)  RTL test-runs are in Litmus

3)  Need to have the proper and flexible feedback mechanism, is Bugzilla the best?</description>
