I don't have any figure of actual internet and Firefox usage but considering that (almost) every Filipino youth has a Friendster and Yahoo account with most of the ones I know use Firefox, I would estimate it as far beyong the stated 3-6M This would definitely justify a Tagalog Language Pack as it is already existing for much smaller language groups. Maybe it'd be more interesting to start off with an AMO collection?
