The web apps tracker could be ok, except that once you click on anything to find out what changed, e.g. if I click on "2084	Further work on the event loop front. (, database API, remote events, and other bits and bobs)", I get taken to a mostly unreadable HTML diff. Some diffs are better than others, like when whole paragraphs change, but with random HTML markup in there it's almost impossible to read making the tracker practically worthless.

We have this tool that should help against the "ninja insertions":
 http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker

If people follow that, they should get to see all the changes (I even try to mark which ones affect one browser or another more).
