Pretty nice! It can be refilled with any common 3 by 5 pad of paper. The cardboard / chipboard back of the pad just slides in to a pocket on the inside of the jotter. And... the inside of the front flap has a couple of small pockets that can easily hold a few 3 by 5 index cards or similarly sized scraps of paper. Hmmmm.... I wonder if that Google Gmail Paper comes in 3 by 5 pads? I just got myself a couple of these (at this price why not?!). Pretty nice!
