I had loads of problems with IE and really just needed a way out! Anytime I was on the internet for more than an hour IE 7 would freeze up and I’d have to restart my pc… I’ve just gotten Firefox, and I couldn’t be happier… all my internet probs are SOLVED!! Can’t wait to tell all my friends!

A Genuine Mozilla Firefox CD is an excellent way to show people that Firefox is a serious piece of software.
These CDs are factory pressed, are imprinted with official Mozilla Firefox artwork, and come in a professional CD envelope that can double as a mailing envelope.
Contains versions for Windows, Apple Macintosh, and Linux!
Buy one! Better yet, buy a dozen!

I LOVE firefox! It is the BEST yet! I would have never found it if it wouldn’t have been for college. So, I guess you could say that I did learn something important there.

I’d like to see exactly what is included on the disc. I’ll buy one just to offer my support, but it’d be really great to know first! I personally would love to see it contain not only the source packages, but also as many of the build prerequisites as possible for each platform.. but i’m willing to settle for just *the best browser ever made*.

Firefox is the, BEST. Ever since I use Firefox, a web page will load less than 5 seconds. Where with other Internet Explorers, it may take more than 30 seconds…. So just imagine, (30/6) 6 times the speed… W.O.W.

. . .Greetings To all:
To me when I downloaded “FIREFOX”, this is the ULTIMATE, it is better than the invention of “SLICED BREAD”
HA!. . .HA! Seriously, however I am still having some problems
not with Firefox , but my PC, I run Windows XP, and recently ,
my Control Panel disappeared! Any Comments?
Your the Best,
Sincerely,
Patrick Eschenfelder

I already own one of the earlier firefox cd’s and wouldn’t mind getting a new one to help the cause; but my question is, what happened to the very nice paperback manual that was available? Granted, the cd/manual combo did cost more ($11.80), but made a nice gift to give to people starting out with firefox. Same thing applies to the Thunderbird email cd.

There are absolutely only two good reasons to pay $4.20 for Firefox on a CD.
1) To keep the families of Mozilla employees fed.
2) So you can hang it from your rear-view mirror.

I didn’t really believe it; how terrible IE was and how great FFox was. Then I tried FF yesterday. WOW it’s all true. It really was IE that was causing me so many problems. Now with FF they are gone and as an added bonus, pages load in a second or 2. Sometimes with IE, some pages just never did load.
