You should try getting soft style caps from a company called "The Game." I have one hat by them and it's great, I wish I could find others by that company with other logos I like. While this hat is, "one size fits all," it only comes in the smaller flexfit size. It fits my head, but gives me a headache its so tight! Personally I like the L/XL sized flexfitted hats better. They fit better on my fat head and are easier to shape. Also, on the back of the cap, a nice "FIREFOX" in print would be nice... I have a fat head.
