Women’s Japanese Foxkeh T-Shirt

Yuki Nakano is a freelance artist based in Tokyo, Japan. She works mixing traditional and digital media, to reach the new possibilities of the 21st century style of visual arts.
Here is the designer’s statement:
“My inspiration for this design was to feminise the world of technology. There seemed to be plenty of tech t-shirts available for men, but not for women… when we are as avid users of the Internet and computers. Thankfully, cute Foxkeh made it really easy!”

Suggestions for improving Foxkeh t-shirt catalog picture and text
The text mentions that there is a logo on the sleeve, but none appears in the picture. Which is correct? If there is a logo on the sleeve, please improve the picture to show the sleeve logo, else correct the text.
Why is the blank white t-shirt in the picture? The catalog picture appears to show a blank white t-shirt (front-side up) behind the white t-shirt with the design. (In other pictures, the second t-shirt shows the printing on the back of the t-shirt). — Oh, wait, maybe that is red text, not a manufacturer tag, and the wrinkles just happen to look like a collar. If so, please show a close up of what the red text says, and remove the misleading wrinkles.
The text says it has “Foxkeh and temple design on center”, so I was expecting something that looked like a temple, such as a gate or roof line. Please explain the relationship between this design and a temple, or improve the description. Maybe a “temple garden design”?

Isn’t this a women’s sized shirt? Shouldn’t it mention that somewhere?

Is this a ladies cut t-shirt?
From the picture it looks like just a regular unisex t-shirt.
If that is the case then there is no reason this very pretty shirt can’t be enjoyed by someone regardless of what body appendages they happened to be born with or without. It’s 2007! Guys can look pretty too!
If this is specifically a ladies cut then the store description should be updated, otherwise this blog title should be modified to reduce confusion.

cute!

Is it only in white? I’m guessing so but I may be wrong. I’d love to see it on various colours.

The picture is difficult to see, which makes it difficult for me to know whether or not I actually like the design.
Could you please add something to enlarge the picture?
Thank you kindly. ^-^”

I wish I could see the shirt.
August 28th, 2007 at 3:03 pm
From a distance it kind of looks like a Fox got splattered with a shotgun. Ugh…
August 29th, 2007 at 6:48 am
Awww… that is sooooo cute!!!
August 30th, 2007 at 2:10 pm
This shirt is definately cute. From what I can see, anyway.
I’d be even more convinced to buy it if the picture could be enlarged, or put into a closer focus.
August 30th, 2007 at 5:12 pm
I wish this was bigger so we all really know what were buying. Also the image needs to be bigger on the shirt and the placement should be on the bottom right.

I’m all for a women’s design t-shirt to show we support firefox, but I,n not to sure about this design. It’s difficult to see in the small picture and even with “view image”, I couldn’t get it big enough to get a good look, but what I can see looks like the little fox exploded and might be preferred by the fans and supporters of that M$ product.

I ordered this not knowing it’s women’s shirt. That was over two weeks ago. The product page still hasn’t been updated yet! Come on now.
I agree with Tre’ about the placement of the grahic.

And this *IS* a ladies size shirt - the large size is much smaller than the mens large.
September 5th, 2007 at 5:48 pm
Is that supposed to be BLOOD splattered all over the shirt?

Small and/or poor quality pictures of merchandise on a web store is lame for anyone, much less for a Browser Mfg. People who SHOULD know something about the web! Common get a clue. Here is a free hint improve the size and quality of ALL the merchandise pictures, and I bet you will sell more merchandise. This is the web people can’t pick it up and touch it. The picture is all there is.

September 17th, 2007 at 1:11 pm

There should be a larger picture where one actually can see the picture that’s printed on the t-shirt. Like it is now one can only guess what’s printed on the t-shirt.

Ummmm I wore this shirt today and it probably makes my life complete. I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH!

This t-shirt is so absolutely gorgeous and cute I want one… but those international shipping prices are crazily insane! Over $100 USD to get a t-shirt to Australia/NZ?! Then there’s the exchange rate… cool t-shirt, but no way! :o(
October 18th, 2007 at 8:32 pm
Soooo… never thought about the shipping charges… Yikes, a T-shirt to Australia from USA is over $100.??
Okay, so Mozilla, being an open source… why not make the graphics avaialble… already in reverse… for those of us who would then download, buy some T-shirt Transfer medium, and make our OWN shirts? You include SOMETHING in the logos to say, “home made” or “not original quality” or even change the colors and such… but…
Other than raising some cash — aren’t you trying to spread the word?
I know for one, if I had the logo(s) *legally* for my use to produce some garments using ink-jet / iron on technology (which, lets face it, doesn’t hold up to silk screen worth a tinker’s @#$%, lots of people would probably be receiving some custom monikered FireFox labeled garments/bags/scarfs/undergarments (ooooh, I just gave myself a grand idea about undergarments, heheh) from me.
Consider it, eh?
Or is there already a site where I can legally download the various “official” logos gratis?
Open minded users like me wanna know…

Supa Kawaii!

I think that this shirt adorable but alas your store seems to think that women all have small breasts. I am sorry to inform you that my 38 Fs would not fit into any of the shirts you currently offer, well maybe the men’s XXL (depending on how “snug” your fits are). Please add some larger sizes and hoodies and/or zip-ups. I would also love to see some infants and children’s clothing, my son could model them for you (he is beautiful), and help you sell tons of stuff.
October 30th, 2007 at 8:56 am
Okay, how come there’s no way to zoom in on the design to see it properly? You guys are losing sales.
November 1st, 2007 at 5:09 pm
This is a keeper, nice print.
November 3rd, 2007 at 8:58 am
I’m not a big fan of white t-shirts, especially with designs that are lost on the huge field of white. The design itself was okay, though it looks like how my kid used to paint with watercolor (shake & spray!). It would look MUCH better on black or a darker color.
November 9th, 2007 at 3:34 pm
For nearly 4 months, people have been leaving you comments saying that the pictures of this shirt design are too small. You guys are MOZILLA for crying out loud. Don’t you think something should be done about this by now?
November 18th, 2007 at 8:29 am
its cute but i think you need more women’s styles. you have lot more tshirts for men then for women.
