Hi, I have a question about the l10n SUMO: Will the locale owner (or document project lead in the l10n team) get Admin/Moderator privilege of his/her own localized SUMO?

In dev.m.o, only managers from mozilla.org have the privilege, which leads some problem, at least that we can't lock the homepage.

Also, I think the document project lead in l10n team who is willing to improve their localized SUMO content should have privilege to check the site statistics. (eg. the most NOT helpful pages, the search terms... etc.)
