		<description>I played around with the Live Chat interface, it worked very nicely.  I work for a university in Birmingham, our IT staff is pretty strict (blocking certain ports, etc.), but I had no problem at all using the web-based live chat interface.

I&#039;m pretty familiar with Jive&#039;s software.  My husband runs his own Spark server at home, so I&#039;ll be sure to install the Spark client tonight when I get home and play with that as well!

Everything I&#039;ve seen so far looks good. :)</description>
