I work for a university in Birmingham, our IT staff is pretty strict (blocking certain ports, etc.), but I had no problem at all using the web-based live chat interface. I'm pretty familiar with Jive's software. My husband runs his own Spark server at home, so I'll be sure to install the Spark client tonight when I get home and play with that as well! Everything I've seen so far looks good. :) I played around with the Live Chat interface, it worked very nicely.
